I was fed up with the big box pharmacies being out of stock of my kiddos monthly Rx’s and not caring. Cal Oaks has the small local business feel. No long waits, the employees know your name and greet you with a smile. Only caveat is to make sure your prescribing provider sends RXs to the Pasadena location as there is a San Marino location as well..

Best pharmacy in town! Friendly and efficient staff who greet you with big smiles, efficient and compassionate group of people. They offer delivery and they’re open until 7 on weekdays! Guys I wish I found ya’ll sooner! Thank you for everything you’ve done and continue to do for myself and my family!

I am their client since since 2008.My deceased husband also was their client since 2008 until he passed away last year.We were always so happy with their service. Their kindness is beyond imagination.They always greeted us with dignity and respect, and helped us with our medical needs in every possible way (and still do for myself). All these years we have never spotted any mistake with their ways of doing things. If there was ever any discrepancy in doctor’s orders, the pharmacist would contact the doctor’s office to resolve the issue to prevent any hassle for us. Not only do they not make difficulties for us, but they also always made it easy for us to receive our medications. We are greatly in fond of their service.

I love Cal Oaks Pharmacy! I originally started with them because my pharmacy did not have my medication in stock and suggested Cal Oaks. Their customer service, specifically with Ashley, is outstanding!! She's very knowledgeable and goes out of her way each and every time! They are also quick and efficient. I've been a customer for at least the past 5 years or so.

My family and I are their patients for the past 18 years.At first I chose Cal Oaks Pharmacy just because it was close to my house and my work, but their wonderful customer service and knowledge made us so attached to them, to the point that we do not want change our pharmacy under no circumstance. Now, we live abut 40 minutes from them, but still go there to get our prescriptions. The pharmacist who owns the pharmacy is one of those people who you rarely can find these days.Her knowledge, insightfulness, and genuine kindness is truly unbelievable. Not only is she an amazing person, the people who she chose to work for her are also amazingly helpful, kind and sweet.Thank you Cal Oaks Pharmacy.

Absolutely the best! Outstanding service that you will not find at the major chains. Personal service. There is never a line, they are fast and efficient. Easy parking.

We have been coming to this pharmacy for years. The pharmacist is excellent, friendly, and kind. When we had on multiple medications they would help make sheets with pills for different times of day. They deliver, they do vaccinations, they have a great selection of durable medical equipment. The staff are all friendly and helpful. A plus

While waiting for a prescription to be filled, they were well stocked of over the counter item along with gift items to purchase even items for children. They seem to always have seasonal things as well. The parking structure validates parking. They have a great staff.
